  • Getting a Quote

    • How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote right here on our website, or call Mr. Cruz at 910-705-0281.
    • Is the quote/estimate free?
      Yes. Estimates are always free.
    • Do you provide a written quote?
Yes. Shortly after your appointment with Mr. Cruz, we’ll text or email your quote with the scope of work and pricing. You can approve it electronically, and then you’ll receive scheduling confirmation.
  • Scheduling & Availability

    • How soon can you schedule my job?
Scheduling varies by season, but most jobs can be booked within about 1–2 weeks.
    • Do you offer emergency / storm-damage service?
Yes. During and after storms, we dispatch emergency crews with the equipment needed to safely remove fallen trees and hazardous limbs.
  • Tree Removal Process

    • What exactly is included in tree removal?
We cut down the tree(s), haul away all debris and logs, and finish by raking up so your jobsite is left neat and tidy.
    • Can I keep the firewood/logs?
Yes. We can also cut it up for you at no additional cost.
    • Do you remove the stump also?
Stump grinding is optional, and we have the equipment to take care of it if you’d like it included.
    • Can you complete the project in one day?
Yes. Whether it’s one tree or several, most jobs can be completed in a single day thanks to our crew capacity and efficient equipment.
  • Safety, Licensing, & Property Protection

    • Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're fully licensed and insured.
    • Do you protect landscaping?
Yes. We do our best to protect your plants, pavers, etc. by planning access paths and using the right equipment for the space. If you have sprinklers or anything that may be in the way of equipment, just point them out during the estimate so we can factor everything into our work process.
    • Can you cut a tree close to a house, fence, or power lines?
Yes. During your free estimate, Mr. Cruz will assess the situation and recommend the safest approach and equipment for your property. If the job requires the utility company to disconnect power temporarily, we’ll let you know ahead of time and help you plan accordingly.
  • Payment Options

    • How do payment plans work?
We currently offer a pay-ahead payment plan similar to layaway. Make scheduled payments, and your service is completed when you’re nearly finished paying. For emergency work, terms and conditions are flexible. No credit check is required. Ask Mr. Cruz about your options.
    • Is there any other way I can reduce costs?
Yes. One option is to have us leave the logs on your property instead of hauling them away. This helps reduce disposal/landfill fees, and we pass the savings on to you. There may be other ways to save as well. Mr. Cruz will walk you through the best options during your estimate.
    • What forms of payment do you accept?
Once your job is completed, we’ll text your invoice. You can pay online with a debit card, and we also accept cash, checks, and Zelle.
  • Additional Services

    • What other services do you offer?
In addition to tree removal, we also offer wood privacy fence repair and installation. Even after a tree is removed, roots can make fence work more challenging, but we have the perfect crew and tools to handle it efficiently. If you schedule fence work after your tree job, you may also qualify for a discount.
